Head to the 'All items' page to view our collection. You can modify the filters to narrow down the selection by clothing type, size, style, and occasion. If you're searching for an outfit from a particular designer, navigate to the 'Designers' section in the top menu.

We are happy to see you at our Toronto showroom (by appointment only) and schedule a complementary session with our stylist.


Choose the item you want to rent, select the size and duration from options of 4 or 8 days. Make sure that your item is available for your dates on the calendar.

Once you're ready to proceed to checkout, select 'Rent Now'. You will also be provided with the option to purchase a $5 Damage Protection (we really recommend this!).


Your item needs to be back in the post or dropped off in our Toronto showroom during operating hours on the last day of your rental.

Simply place the item in the reusable packaging the item came in, stick the pre-paid return label on the front of the parcel and drop it off at your closest Canada Post.

Yes, we welcome you to visit our Toronto showroom for a try-on session with a stylist. Please note that showroom visits are by appointment only. To book an appointment, please click here.

We provide detailed size charts and measurements for each item on our website. Additionally, we offer online appointments with a stylist who can guide you in choosing the right size and ensure the perfect fit. You can also schedule a complementary in-person session with our stylist at our Toronto showroom if you prefer.

We do not allow alterations or adjustments to be made to rental items. We want to ensure that the items remain in their original condition for other customers to enjoy.

Currently, we offer delivery services across Ontario. However, we are actively working on expanding our delivery services, and soon we will offer delivery across Canada. Your rental will be delivered to your specified address through Canada Post with a return label.

You can modify your rental reservation up to 3 days prior to the start date of your rental (subject to availability). We only allow swaps to items that are priced the same or higher. If you opt for an item with a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. If you need to reschedule your rental dates, please contact our customer support team at as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

In the case of a cancellation, you will be issued a store credit that has no expiration date and can be utilized for any future rental with us. It's important to note that all rental bookings are non-refundable.

Currently, we carry a range of sizes to accommodate different body types and preferences. However, please note that our inventory is relatively small at the moment. We are continuously assessing customer demand, and if we see a significant interest and demand for a broader range of sizes, we will expand our inventory to include sizes for all body types. We strive to provide inclusive options for our customers and are committed to meeting their needs in the best possible way. The available size options can be found on the product page of each item.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

You can reserve your rental up to 3 months in advance. This allows you to plan ahead for special occasions and secure your desired outfit.

Currently, we offer rental durations of either 4 or 8 days. We do not offer rentals for shorter or longer periods through our standard online booking system.

Please note that shorter rentals are only available for in-person pickup and drop-off at our Toronto showroom.

During Rental

If the item doesn't fit, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your rental, and we'll do our best to find a suitable solution.

In case of sizing issues, we may be able to provide alternative options. We cannot guarantee an exchange as it is subject to availability.

We fully take care of the cleaning process for you. Our professional cleaning processes ensure that each rental item is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next customer.

Please do not clean the item on your own, even if there is a stain. Our items are very delicate and require dry cleaning only.

Accidents happen! Our $5 Damage Protection offers coverage for small damages that may occur during the rental period. Small damages typically include minor issues such as small stains, loose threads, minor snags, loose buttons, or small frays. These are considered normal wear and tear and are covered by the Damage Protection.

However, please note that significant damages or loss are not covered and could result in additional charges. Please email us at for a possible solution.


Online Orders

To return your rental, place the item in the reusable packaging it came in. Stick the pre-paid return label provided onto the front of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post Office during operating hours. Please ensure that the item is returned on the last day of your rental.

In-store Pickup

If you are located in or near Toronto, Ontario, you also have the option to drop off your rental at our Toronto showroom. Please schedule an appointment to arrange an in-store drop-off or give us a call at +1 (905) 341-1665. Our staff will be happy to assist you and ensure a smooth return process.

It's important that you return your rental within the rental period, as the items may have back-to-back bookings.

If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact our customer support at least 24 hours before the scheduled return date. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on item availability.

You must return the item on the last day of your rental unless the booking has been extended and approved by us.

You will be charged a $40 late fee per day for each day the item is overdue. For rentals being mailed back, late fees will only be charged if the dress is postmarked at a later date than agreed upon.

If the item is not returned within a week from the designated return date, the item will be marked as non-returned and you may be charged the full retail price of the item as specified in our terms and conditions.

We kindly ask you to return the rental item on time to avoid any late fees or charges. We understand that circumstances may arise, but it's important to respect the rental period to ensure a fair experience for all customers. If you encounter any unexpected difficulties that may cause a delay in returning the item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to discuss potential solutions.
