Choose the item you want to rent for your dates, select the size and duration from options of 4 or 8 days.

Once you're ready to proceed to checkout, select 'Rent Now'. You will also be provided with the option to purchase a $5 Damage Protection (we really recommend this!).

After checkout, we will arrange a complimentary Downtown Toronto pickup/drop-off or a concierge delivery within the GTA for $25.

Your item needs to be returned on the last day of your rental.

You can use complimentary drop-off in Downtown Toronto to return your rental, or you can opt for a $25 concierge service for dress pickup.

Renting

You can rent an item for either 4 or 8 days. Simply choose the desired duration when selecting your item.

We no longer offer in-person dress fittings. However, you can schedule a virtual fitting appointment with one of our stylists. During this online session, our stylist will guide you through our collection, help you choose the perfect size, and provide personalized style advice.

We provide detailed size charts and measurements for each item on our website. Additionally, we offer online appointments with a stylist who can guide you in choosing the right size and ensure the perfect fit.

We do not allow alterations or adjustments to be made to rental items. We want to ensure that the items remain in their original condition for other customers to enjoy.

If you choose to arrange complimentary pickup or drop-off of your rental, our team will reach out to you within 24 hours after placing the order to schedule a time for free pickup and drop-off at 460 Adelaide St East, Toronto, M5A 0E7.

Alternatively, you can opt for our $25 concierge delivery service within the GTA, available between 10 AM and 12 PM.

Yes, we offer a concierge delivery service within Toronto and the GTA for $25. This service includes both delivery and pickup of your rental, making it a convenient option for those who prefer not to use the complimentary pickup and drop-off in Downtown Toronto.

Please note: This service is available only between 10 AM and 12 PM.

You can modify your rental reservation up to 3 days prior to the start date of your rental (subject to availability). We only allow swaps to items that are priced the same or higher. If you opt for an item with a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. If you need to reschedule your rental dates, please contact our customer support team at info@rentesthetic.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

In the case of a cancellation, you will be issued a store credit that has no expiration date and can be utilized for any future rental with us. It's important to note that all rental bookings are non-refundable.

Currently, we carry a range of sizes to accommodate different body types and preferences. However, please note that our inventory is relatively small at the moment. We are continuously assessing customer demand, and if we see a significant interest and demand for a broader range of sizes, we will expand our inventory to include sizes for all body types. We strive to provide inclusive options for our customers and are committed to meeting their needs in the best possible way. The available size options can be found on the product page of each item.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

You can reserve your rental up to 3 months in advance. This allows you to plan ahead for special occasions and secure your desired outfit.

Currently, we offer rental durations of either 4 or 8 days. We do not offer rentals for shorter or longer periods through our standard online booking system.

However, if you have specific inquiries regarding shorter rentals or longer rental durations, such as for special circumstances or events, please feel free to reach out to us via email at info@rentesthetic.com.

Please note that shorter rentals are only available for in-person pickup and drop-off at our Toronto showroom.

During Rental

If the item doesn't fit, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to provide a suitable solution.

In case of sizing issues, we may be able to provide alternative options. We cannot guarantee an exchange as it is subject to availability.

We fully take care of the cleaning process for you. Our professional cleaning processes ensure that each rental item is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next customer.

Please do not clean the item on your own, even if there is a stain. Our items are very delicate and require dry cleaning only.

Accidents happen! Our $5 Damage Protection offers coverage for small damages that may occur during the rental period. Small damages typically include minor issues such as small stains, loose threads, minor snags, loose buttons, or small frays. These are considered normal wear and tear and are covered by the Damage Protection.

However, please note that significant damages or loss are not covered and could result in additional charges. Please email us at info@rentesthetic.com for a possible solution.

Return

Delivery Orders

When you place the order with us, our team will reach out to arrange a pickup time between 10 AM and 12 PM on the last day of your rental.

Downtown Toronto Pickup

You also have the option to drop off your rental in Downtown Toronto at 460 Adelaide St East, Toronto, M5A 0E7 on the last day of your rental. Our team will contact you via email to arrange pickup & drop-off time after you place the order.

It's important that you return your rental within the rental period, as the items may have back-to-back bookings.

If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact our customer support at least 24 hours before the scheduled return date. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on item availability.

You must return the item on the last day of your rental unless the booking has been extended and approved by us.

You will be charged a $40 late fee per day for each day the item is overdue. For rentals being mailed back, late fees will only be charged if the dress is postmarked at a later date than agreed upon.

If the item is not returned within a week from the designated return date, the item will be marked as non-returned and you may be charged the full retail price of the item as specified in our terms and conditions.

We kindly ask you to return the rental item on time to avoid any late fees or charges. We understand that circumstances may arise, but it's important to respect the rental period to ensure a fair experience for all customers. If you encounter any unexpected difficulties that may cause a delay in returning the item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to discuss potential solutions.
