Can I come to your Toronto boutique for an in-person consultation with a stylist?
Are alterations or adjustments allowed for rental items?
We do not allow alterations or adjustments to be made to rental items. We want to ensure that the items remain in their original condition for other customers to enjoy.
How can I cancel or modify my appointment?
To cancel or modify your appointment, simply locate your appointment confirmation email and follow these steps. Scroll down to find the appointment details section.
Click on the "Cancel/Modify Appointment" button or link provided in the email. You will be redirected to a cancellation page where you can confirm the cancellation.
Once you've confirmed the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your appointment has been successfully canceled.
What if I don't have a measuring tape?
In this case, you can wrap a piece of string around the desired areas of your body and then measure the piece of string using a simple ruler.
