FAQs
Yes, we welcome you to visit our Toronto showroom for a try-on session with a stylist before the shoot. Please note that showroom visits are by appointment only. To book an appointment, please click here.
On some days, we can arrange delivery to your shoot location for $20 (valid for Toronto only). If you'd like to arrange delivery, please include this in your initial inquiry above.
We will arrange convenient pick up and drop off time 48 hours prior to the rental date via text or email.
Your item must be returned before 8pm to our showroom if you want to avoid extra fees.

Toronto, Canada (by appointment only).
You are required to return the item by 8 pm on the day of your rental unless the booking has been extended and approved by us.
If you wish to extend the rental, please text us ASAP at +1 (905) 341-1665. If the dress is not booked by another customer, we can extend you rental to a regular 4-day rental.
We kindly ask you to return the rental item on time to avoid any late fees or charges. We understand that circumstances may arise, but it's important to respect the rental period to ensure a fair experience for all customers. If you encounter any unexpected difficulties that may cause a delay in returning the item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to discuss potential solutions.
Accidents happen! Our $5 Damage Protection offers coverage for small damages that may occur during the rental period. Small damages typically include minor issues such as small stains, loose threads, minor snags, loose buttons, or small frays. These are considered normal wear and tear and are covered by the Damage Protection.
However, please note that significant damages or loss are not covered and could result in additional charges. Please email us at info@rentesthetic.com for a possible solution.
We fully take care of the cleaning process for you. Our professional cleaning processes ensure that each rental item is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next customer.
Please do not clean the item on your own, even if there is a stain. Our items are very delicate and require dry cleaning only.
